We accept STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, Revit, and most major CAD formats. If you’re unsure, send what you have and we’ll let you know.
Most still renders are delivered within 7–14 days. Animations take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.
Yes. Every quote includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are quoted separately, so there are never surprises.
Absolutely. We work with confidential engineering data every day. Send us your NDA and we’ll sign it before you share any files.
We can work from reference photos or sketches, but the result will be less accurate. CAD files always produce the best results.
Yes. We work with clients across the US, UK, Europe, and Australia. All communication is via email, Zoom, or Slack.
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and Wise. Larger projects require a deposit upfront, and the exact terms are set out in your quote.
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, you own the rights to use the images for your business. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
